The mission of Beta Xi Chi Multicultural Fraternity is to:
Offer the men of this campus an opportunity to share their own unique culture with this fraternity in order to exchange knowledge and perspectives in hopes of creating an understanding of individual differences;
Promote respect and awareness of diversity within the fraternity, the surrounding community, and on campus; Present itself in a warm, open, and non-confronting manner so as to exemplify how people should treat each one another and that all groups are welcomed; Be diversity "in motion"; Not only speak of issues, but act on them; Show what can be done when men of different races, cultures, and backgrounds come together to make a difference on this campus; Help members reach their individual potential; Offer its members the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, share ideas within a safe environment, and develop networking skills; Create an influence on campus that will preserve the idea of strength in diversity as a tradition long after the founders have stepped down;
